Improve Your Gait *

Do you struggle with recurring injuries when walking, running, hiking or even just strolling around shopping?!

Gait is an essential aspect of human movement that plays a vital role in our daily lives.

One of the main factors influencing gait is our myofascial system. The adaptability and health of our fascia, muscles and joints play a significant role in how we move.

Weak muscles, dehydrated fascia and joints that don’t move optimally can lead to our bodies compensating unnecessarily. I like to think of the fascial network as a tent, with the joints and structures beneath like ‘pegs’. We want these structures to adapt in a way that supports our body in as many movements as possible.

We will also explore the nervous system and how it plays a big role in the way we move through the world.

Join Emma for this fun-filled 2 hour workshop to learn more about your gait.
